Cancellation Policy

 

1) Cancellation charges are waived for off-season weekdays.


2) Cancellation requests must be made through company Email or phone No., not at the resort.


3) If cancellation is notified at least 7 days prior, alternative dates will be offered.


4) For cancellations made 5 days prior, a retention charge of 30% on the overall room tariff will apply.


5) For cancellations made 3 days prior, a retention charge of 50% on the overall room tariff will apply.


6) For cancellations made 1 day prior, a retention charge of 70% on the overall room tariff will apply.


7) On the check-in date, a retention charge of 100% on the overall tariff will apply.


8) No refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date.


9) In case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
